Startups have been life-changing for me. As part of paying it forward, I mentor/advise startups in my spare time and sometimes invest in them at the angel/seed stage. Investing in startups is a great learning experience – you get an opportunity to vicariously learn from smart, high-energy founders who are striving to build futuristic products & services.

• Advisor to AngelList India, LetsVenture, other startups

• Volunteer at industry bodies like iSpirt (#IndiaStack), Nasscom. Mentor at various startup incubators & accelerators.

The startup areas that I have a natural affinity for: consumer internet (B2C), social, core-tech, SAAS & Enterprise, FinTech, EdTech, GovTech etc, but I’m open to exploring other, newer areas as well.
